Solution Engineer
We are looking for an experienced and organized Technical Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. This position requires strong communications skills and a good phone manner, although you will mainly be using chat programs and other operating systems.
​
Duties & Responsibilities:
​

provide basic customer service
-
maintenance of data protection measures, such as firewall configuration and black/white lists
-
keep track of server activities, such as data flow and bandwidth of network
-
assist clients with installation and reinstallation of operating systems and software
-
communicate efficiently and accurately with engineers about the issues reported by clients
​
Required Skills and Qualifications:
​
-
Associates degree or higher required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-
Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with customers and staff based in China.
-
Must have fast and accurate typing skills and be comfortable using computers. We will provide further job training related to the position.

Able to multi-task and to function effectively under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, expected to provide independent quality work while meeting strict deadlines.

This position would best suit a gentle personality who works well with others but is equally able to work independently as required.

Compensation Details:

Sales Associate
We are looking for a talented, motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Herndon, VA.
In the is role, you will build sales by contacting and building relationships with new clients to understand their technical and business issues and identify solutions we can provide to meet those needs. You will be adept at working within time constraints and using strong problem-solving and analytical skills. In collaboration with sales & marketing and security engineers you will create and implement business strategies that increase sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Expand DC-Tech’s market and customer base, promote products, form new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new business opportunities.

Be active in trade shows, community events, professional organization meetings, and attend events that will lead to opportunities for prospect meetings and product promotions.

Collaborate with sales, marketing and security engineers to create and implement business strategies to increase sales opportunities.

Assist with development of market intel, analyse business competition and maintain corporate contact lists.

Work with various individuals and departments to ensure successful company product promotions, sales, development and effective marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain productive relationships with fellow employees, clients, customers, vendors and other professionals.

Excellent time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
